bitbd Terms & Conditions

To access the full range of services on the bitbd Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by bitbd for verification purposes. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bitbd will never ask you for your current password. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to [email protected] immediately. bitbd accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to safeguard account credentials.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances. bitbd may suspend or permanently close accounts found to have been shared, and any balance or pending withdrawals associated with a shared account may be forfeited.
• bitbd reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of a withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document and utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.

bitbd operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by matching mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — all accounts except the earliest-registered will be closed, and all balances and bonus credits held in the closed accounts will be forfeited without recourse.

bitbd offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions. Individual promotion pages will specify additional terms that apply to that specific promotion.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified on the individual promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bitbd operates a strict one-bonus-per-household policy. Players sharing a device, IP address, or payment method may be deemed to be part of the same household for the purposes of bonus eligibility. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account closure.
• Bonus funds will be credited to a separate bonus wallet and will be used automatically for qualifying wagers before real money funds are depleted, unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Real money funds may be withdrawn at any time irrespective of the status of any bonus balance; however, bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• bitbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a technical error or human error results in a bonus being awarded incorrectly, bitbd reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly awarded amount from the player's account, including from a pending withdrawal balance.

Players who are identified as having engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies designed to exhaust wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — will have their bonus balances forfeited, and bitbd reserves the right to close the account, retain any winnings derived from the abuse, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bitbd Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any form of payment manipulation intended to obtain funds from the Platform without genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing of game-state information, coordinated betting strategies, or any form of chip dumping in card or table games.
• Use of any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to auto-clicking software, game-prediction algorithms, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players.
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bitbd staff or other players through any communication channel, including support chat, email, or any third-party platform where the conduct is linked to the player's bitbd account.

bitbd's determination that any of the above prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject to the appeals process set out in the account dispute resolution procedure available from [email protected]. All prohibited conduct findings are documented and retained as part of the Platform's compliance records.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitbd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific exclusions apply.

• bitbd shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bitbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• bitbd shall not be liable for any service interruption, platform downtime, game malfunction, payment processing delay, or any other technical failure that is caused by circumstances beyond bitbd's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, DDoS attacks, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Where a game or transaction is affected by a technical error that results in an incorrect display of winnings, balance, or payout, bitbd reserves the right to void the affected game round or transaction and restore the account to the state it was in immediately prior to the error. In no circumstances will bitbd be required to honour an erroneously displayed payout figure.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bitbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Players retain any statutory rights to which they are entitled under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be waived by contractual agreement.

bitbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted at bitbd.pro/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters a player's rights or obligations — bitbd will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered contact details are current and accurate. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bitbd operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Players retain any mandatory consumer protection rights conferred by the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded by agreement.
